World's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm

CBRE Press Release – Fortune 500 Ranking

CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) is the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with its global financial headquarters at Lever House in Midtown Manhattan. Founded in 1906 in the aftermath of the San Francisco earthquake, the company's name is an initialism of Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis. It has been a Fortune 500 company every year since 2008 and is also an S&P 500 constituent.

The firm employs more than 140,000 people (including Turner & Townsend staff) and serves clients across more than 100 countries. Its business is organized into four segments: Advisory (leasing, sales, debt origination, mortgage servicing, and valuations), Building Operations & Experience, Project Management, and Real Estate Investments. CBRE Investment Management oversees roughly $146–150 billion in assets under management as of 2024–2025.

In fiscal year 2024, CBRE reported revenues of $35.8 billion—a 12% year-over-year increase—and net income of $968 million. Fortune has named CBRE one of the World's Most Admired Companies for 14 consecutive years, and the firm is led by CEO Robert E. Sulentic.

Given CBRE's scale across leasing, investment management, project management, and building operations globally, innovations in commercial real estate technology, sustainability, data analytics, or workplace solutions are directly relevant to its core business lines and the clients it serves worldwide.
