(NYSE: CBRE) is the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with its global financial headquarters at Lever House in Midtown Manhattan. Founded in 1906 in the aftermath of the San Francisco earthquake, the company's name is an initialism of Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis. It has been a Fortune 500 company every year since 2008 and is also an S&P 500 constituent.

The firm employs more than 140,000 people (including Turner & Townsend staff) and serves clients across more than 100 countries.
