CooperSurgical Fertility Solutions, operating the ORIGIO brand, is a global leader in IVF and reproductive genetics, providing products and services for every step of the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) journey. ORIGIO traces its roots to Medicult, founded in Denmark in 1987, which became one of the leading players in the global IVF media market. CooperSurgical acquired Origio in 2012 — at the time a ~320-employee company headquartered in Måløv, Denmark — marking a major entry into the fertility market.
