In 2021 the parent company went private: on May 25, 2021, Cubic Corporation completed its sale to Veritas Capital and Evergreen Coast Capital Corporation (an affiliate of Elliott Investment Management L.P.) in a transaction valued at approximately $3.0 billion, including assumed debt.
