Daikin Industries, Ltd. (ダイキン工業株式会社) is a Japanese multinational conglomerate headquartered in Osaka, Japan, founded in 1924 and renamed to its current form in 1963. The company's core business is the design, manufacture, and sale of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) equipment, which accounts for approximately 90% of its revenue and operating income. Daikin is notable as the only manufacturer in the world that develops and produces HVAC-R equipment, compressors, and refrigerants entirely in-house.

As of 2023, Daikin ranked first globally in HVAC equipment sales, holding the top position by unit sales across Europe, Southeast Asia, India, Oceania, Taiwan, and Japan as of 2022.
