DHL Freight

DHL Freight is the overland transportation division operating within Deutsche Post DHL Group's DHL Global Forwarding arm. It runs a ground-based freight network spanning Europe, Russia, and traffic into the Middle East, with more than 208 road terminals across over 40 countries and more than 13,000 certified freight specialists.

The division moves more than 45 million tonnes of freight annually, offering groupage (part-load) shipments, full direct truckloads, and rail freight. Individual shipment capacities range from up to 1,500 kg per item for groupage to up to 24,000 kg for direct load services. DHL Freight also emphasises green transportation solutions tailored to individual logistics needs.

DHL Freight operates subsidiaries in over 40 countries and provides a single point of contact in each local market, enabling consistent service across its pan-European network. Its parent, Deutsche Post DHL Group, employs approximately 600,000 people across more than 220 countries and territories and is the world's leading logistics company.
