Dolphin Imaging & Management Solutions is a software company serving the dental specialty market. It is a global provider of high-quality imaging, diagnostic, practice management, case presentation, and patient education software for dental specialty professionals, including orthodontists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons (OMS), and ortho-pedo practitioners.

Founded in 1988 by Marc Lemchen, the company is headquartered in Southern California, with offices at 9200 Oakdale Ave., Suite 500, Chatsworth, California. It currently supports thousands of specialty practices worldwide. Dolphin is now a subsidiary of Patterson Dental Holdings Inc.

On the product side, Dolphin offers both 2D and 3D imaging tools that integrate with diagnostic and imaging hardware, including digital x-ray units and CBCT systems, alongside management systems and presentation software. The company has also moved into cloud-based offerings (Dolphin Cloud) with integrations to third-party communication platforms.
