Early Childhood Education Center (ECEC) is a private, nonprofit preschool based in Albany, New York. Approved by the NYS Education Department, the Department of Health, and the NYS Office of Children and Family Services, the organization provides Early Intervention Services, Family Services, and an inclusive, center-based program. Founded in 1973 by a group of parents to serve children with disabilities, ECEC received its IRS ruling in 1977 and is currently led by Executive Director Rachelle N. Kehoe.
