Founded in 1987 by Gilles Martin, Eurofins is headquartered in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg. In its first decade the company marketed its SNIF-NMR technology, using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance to detect added sugar and monitor alcohol content in wine.
