Foundation Medicine is a genomics company headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, founded in 2010 by Todd Golub, Levi Garraway, and Eric Lander. It develops, manufactures, and sells genomic profiling assays based on next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology to identify cancer-driving gene mutations, guide treatment decisions, and track patient response across solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, and sarcomas.
