The Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management (I&W) is a government body of the Netherlands headquartered in The Hague. It is tasked with improving quality of life, access, and mobility through the management of roads, railways, waterways, and airways, as well as protecting the country against flooding and improving air and water quality.

The Ministry operates with a significant scale, reporting an annual budget of €15.7 billion in 2018. Its executive agency, Rijkswaterstaat, employs over 10,000 people to manage and develop the nation's main road, waterway, and water systems.

Innovation and strategy are central to the Ministry's operations. It invests in knowledge and research, utilizing the Netherlands Institute for Transport Policy Analysis (KiM) to conduct exploratory studies and policy analyses that form the basis of its mobility policy.
