SESI (Serviço Social da Indústria – Social Service of Industry) is a private, non-profit Brazilian institution established on July 1, 1946, to promote the quality of life of industrial workers, their families, and communities. Financed by a legally mandated 1.5% payroll contribution from industries and agribusinesses, SESI operates within the Sistema Indústria alongside CNI, SENAI, and IEL, forming a complementary network for Brazil's social and economic development.
