Sidewalk Labs was an urban innovation company founded in June 2015 as a subsidiary of Alphabet Inc. The company focused on using data, sensors, and digital tools to improve city life and urban infrastructure, positioning itself as Google's arm for urban innovation.

Its most prominent initiative was the Quayside project in Toronto, a proposed high-tech neighborhood featuring sensor-driven infrastructure and modular buildings. However, the project was cancelled in May 2020 following concerns regarding privacy, surveillance, and data governance. The company also developed urban planning and management tools such as Replica, Pebble, and Mesa.

In 2021, Sidewalk Labs was wound down as a standalone entity, and its staff and products were folded into Google.
