Stellantis N.V. is a multinational automotive manufacturing corporation formed on 16 January 2021 through the merger of France's PSA Group and Italian-American Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA). Headquartered in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, it is listed on three exchanges — NYSE, Euronext Milan, and Euronext Paris — and is widely regarded as the world's fourth-largest automaker by global vehicle sales, with projected annual synergies of €3.7 billion at the time of the merger.

The company operates a portfolio of 14 automotive brands including Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot, Ram, and Vauxhall, alongside mobility services brands Free2move and Leasys. At the time of its formation, Stellantis employed approximately 300,000 people across manufacturing operations in 30 countries and a commercial presence in over 130 markets worldwide.

For full-year 2024, Stellantis reported net revenues of €156.9 billion — down 17% year-on-year — with consolidated shipment volumes declining 12% amid inventory reduction initiatives and temporary product-offering gaps. Total industrial available liquidity stood at €49.5 billion, with an industrial net financial position of €15.1 billion.

Stellantis's long-term strategy, branded Dare Forward 2030, centres on electrification, expanded presence in China, and investment in autonomous driving technologies; the company acquired AI and autonomous-driving software firm aiMotive in 2022. As a large-scale automaker undergoing an electric and software-driven transformation, Stellantis is directly relevant to innovations in EV technology, AI-driven vehicle systems, and mobility services.
