Straumann Group – About Our BusinessThe Straumann Group (SIX: STMN) is a Basel, Switzerland-headquartered global leader in tooth replacement and orthodontic solutions. Founded in 1954 by Reinhard Straumann — a Swiss engineer with a watchmaking background — the company originally specialised in alloys for timing instruments before pivoting into dental implantology. It went public on the Swiss stock exchange in 1998.
