Talkwalker, now branded as Lumen by Talkwalker, is a consumer intelligence company that provides social listening, media monitoring, and competitive intelligence tools for PR, marketing, and insights teams. Its platform utilizes proprietary Blue Silk™ AI to analyze billions of online conversations across forums, blogs, news, and social media, featuring anomaly detection, sentiment analysis, and image and video recognition.

Founded in 2009 in Luxembourg, the company is recognized as one of the country's most successful tech startups and serves over 1,000 brands. After a majority stake was acquired by Marlin Equity Partners in 2021, the company was acquired by Hootsuite in 2024. Following this acquisition, the platform was rebranded as Lumen by Talkwalker as Hootsuite integrates the two companies' products.
