A tablet app for school-based children's oral health programs that captures each preschooler's CDC BMI percentile and dmf caries score in a single screening pass, then auto-ranks children for dental referral with malnourished kids and active decay flagged first. It does not claim BMI predicts caries; it uses BMI band as a prioritization signal layered on direct clinical findings.
