ctDNA-Guided Adjuvant De-escalation Report for EV+Pembrolizumab Bladder Cancer

A serial blood-test reporting service for bladder cancer patients on the new perioperative enfortumab vedotin + pembrolizumab regimen: after surgery, patients with a pathologic complete response and cleared circulating tumor DNA get a report supporting shortening or omitting the remaining ~14 pembrolizumab and 6 enfortumab vedotin cycles, while ctDNA-positive patients are flagged to continue.
