Dew Cell Kit: a micro-scale water-synthesis lab for chemistry classrooms

A safe classroom kit - a shielded micro spark cell, gas syringes, and a digital pressure sensor - that lets chemistry students mix hydrogen and oxygen at and off the 2:1 ratio, fire it, watch dew form, and verify the combining ratio with their own data.
