An EHR-mining tool that scans patients coded as type 2 diabetes for features that contradict the ADA's classification framework — young age at diagnosis, lean habitus, early insulin need, multigenerational family history — and produces a clinician-reviewed shortlist for autoantibody, C-peptide, or genetic testing to correct the label and the therapy.
