EventHoldout: leave-one-event-out certification for rumour-detection models

A certification service that trains a rumour-verification model on all but one real-world breaking-news event and tests it on the held-out event, producing a per-event robustness scorecard — because aggregate benchmark scores hide event-specific overfitting.
