Grievance Resonance Audit

A survey diagnostic that measures the frustration, precarity, and agency deficits in a workforce or union membership — the conditions demagogic messaging feeds on — and maps which grievances are most at risk of capture by scapegoating rhetoric. It now also scores whether the workforce's self-image is 'we who work' (ready to fight) or 'we the poor must work' (resigned), so each grievance is flagged as likely to be acted on or silently absorbed. This tells organizers not just which grievances to address first, but where narrative work must precede any mobilization ask.
