Individualized A1C Goal Engine for EHRs

A tool that calculates each patient's personal A1C target from their chart per current ADA guidance, stores it as a discrete EHR field, and warns clinicians when treatment is being pushed below that personal goal (overtreatment) or left sitting above it.
