LeanSync: Provable-Bandwidth Delta Sync for Thin Pipes

A drop-in synchronization library that updates a remote copy of a file or dataset using bits proportional to the actual edit distance between versions — O(d log n) bits for d edits in n characters — with the distance first estimated by one tiny message. It targets satellite, IoT, and metered-cellular links where resending whole files is unaffordable.
