MASH Drug-Eligibility Dossier Builder

A documentation-automation tool for hepatology practices that assembles the fibrosis-stage evidence (VCTE results, FIB-4 trend, biopsy where available) that payers require to approve the newly approved MASH drugs — resmetirom and semaglutide — and auto-generates the prior-authorization packet. AASLD's November 2025 guidance now explicitly endorses identifying F2–F3 treatment candidates with non-invasive tests like VCTE, giving the tool a citable guideline anchor. The tool still treats payer criteria as a moving target: both drugs are accelerated approvals whose final approval awaits long-term outcomes, and payer acceptance of NIT-only staging (versus biopsy) is not yet verified.
