MirrorTest: teacher PD where teachers sit the students' proportion test first

A half-day professional-development module in which grades 3–8 teachers take the same relations-and-proportions test their students take, predict the most common wrong answer on each item, and then see the documented error patterns from several thousand tested students — surfacing their own content and pedagogical-content gaps before they teach the unit.
