Multi-Band Gravitational-Wave Source Handoff Broker

An alert and scheduling service that takes a gravitational-wave source detected in one frequency band — e.g., a massive black-hole binary seen by the space-based LISA — and predicts when, where, and how strongly it will appear in another band such as the Einstein Telescope's, so observatories can prepare years in advance.
