One-to-Many: Warm-Start Fleet Trainer from Single-Agent Checkpoints

A training add-on that bootstraps multi-agent RL from a company's existing single-agent policy checkpoint — every agent starts from the proven policy and a curriculum gradually introduces coordination — so fleets are not trained from scratch. The wedge: preserve the months of tuning inside a working controller when the fleet problem appears.
