SignalCheck: Per-Cell-Type Detectability Audits for Multi-Donor Single-Cell Datasets

A QC and data-reuse tool that quantifies, for each cell type in a multi-donor single-cell dataset, how much expression variance each covariate (disease, batch, sex, age, site) explains, and issues a go/no-go verdict on whether the biological signal of interest is detectable there.
