SteerQueue: More-Like-This Compute Prioritization for Progressive Analytics

A drop-in middleware for progressive analytics engines that lets an analyst lasso a few interesting items in an early partial result and immediately reprioritizes the still-running computation so similar, unprocessed records finish first — no index structures and no per-chart integration.
