Variability Engine: Synthetic Emotional-Speech Augmenter for SER Training

A training-data generator that fits a variational RNN per emotion class and samples many fresh, naturally varying renditions of emotional speech by drawing different latent-variable values, expanding labeled SER training sets. It builds on evidence that synthetic emotional speech improves recognition on unseen datasets.
